Meet Me
I am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Experience:
I have a background in support work, have provided counselling for a range of charities including Homestart UK and Women’s Aid (where I also led the Freedom Programme for survivors of domestic abuse), have provided my experience and knowledge to the NHS as both a counsellor and consultant, and am often asked to support employees by mental health providers.
Over the years I’ve found that I seem to draw clients, both male and female, that are either living in, escaping from, or recovering from abusive relationships, and this has become the area my passion truly lies within, with an emphasis on narcissistic abuse.
A little bit more about me (less boring but no less important):
You’ll often find me on top of a big hill, practising what I preach, taking time for myself, living (and loving) life, being mindful, and pushing myself to do hard things (and enjoying the beautiful views whilst I do it).
I will always do my best for you
I hope to meet you very soon
Take care for now,
Tracy
