Employee Support
Clarendon Counselling offers support to your employees in times of need or crisis to ensure their emotional welfare is supported to reduce the risk of needing to take time off work which could potentially cause their mental health to deteriorate further due to lack of purpose and routine. Maintaining the balance between personal life, health and wellbeing and career can often be tricky when life throws difficulties at us that need to be managed and leave us feeling unable to cope.
There is a real awareness of the significant impact this can have on the individual and their place of work, whether the individual continues to work or not.
Employees will have the opportunity to speak confidentially and freely to a trained counsellor or CBT therapist to give them the opportunity to offload and find strategies to manage their situation in a healthy way, identifying their own strengths that can help them to cope and to support them through their challenges.
Counselling sessions will be provided weekly and can be offered by telephone, online, or face to face. The number of sessions is open-ended to allow each employee the time they need to process their situation and find their own healthy outcome without the constraints of a set number of sessions. There is a belief this is paramount to positive outcomes for clients who may need longer-term support to explore their difficulties.
Charges will depend on the size of the service. Please feel free to make contact with your details and requirements.
