Complaints Procedure

I aim to provide a professional and ethical counselling service. If you have any concerns about the service you receive, please discuss them with me in the first instance where possible. I will do my best to address and resolve any concerns promptly and respectfully.

If you remain dissatisfied or feel unable to raise the matter with me directly, you may wish to seek guidance from the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) regarding their professional conduct process.

For concerns about how your personal information has been collected, stored, used, or shared, please contact me directly. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you have a right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
