Person-Centred Counselling
Are you finding it difficult to talk to those closest to you? Worried about burdening family and friends with your difficulties? Unsure of who to turn to but knowing you need help?
Are you struggling to cope and feel alone, afraid, disconnected, or suicidal?
Are you looking for direction, a better understanding of yourself and your experiences, or a more positive view of your future? Seeking happiness, confidence, or a feeling of contentedness within your life?
What would it mean to you to have the space to focus on yourself and have your thoughts, feelings, and experiences listened to in a non-judgemental, safe, and confidential space? To have the opportunity to speak with someone uninvolved in your situation that can help you explore the difficulties you’re having in order to help you find a solution that feels right for you? To have someone to help you gain a clearer perspective on the issues involved and support you to find your inner strengths to deal with these in a healthy and productive way?
At Clarendon Counselling, you’ll be offered weekly 50 minute sessions and be guided through your process by a trained counsellor with a background in Psychology and Counselling who will be there with you all the way to your ultimate healthy goal and more positive outlook.
There is a set fee of £60 per session for this invaluable service (with a £15 additional fee for appointments requested for either evenings after 5pm or weekends).
The service is on the accredited register with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the service is run in line with their ethical framework which can be found here.
